Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging and accessories
  • Free from damage caused by improper use

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective

Our support team will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

We will gladly offer:

  • A replacement
    or
  • A full refund

depending on the situation.

Please provide clear photos/videos of the issue to help us process your request faster.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a product defect or shipping error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Customized or personalized items

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.


Other Information

  • We do not accept returns sent without prior approval.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Tracking numbers may take several hours to update after shipment.
